The website can be browsed without registration, but only users who have created a customer account have access to all features.
Who can open a customer account?
If your company’s business involves, for example, baking, food product manufacturing, or wholesale or retail of food products, we will open a customer account for you on the Viljatuote Pro website.
How do I open a customer account?
Click the button below and open the registration form.
Fill in the information and submit the application. We will process it promptly.
What can be done on the site?
Browse our entire product selection. You will see packaging size options, sales unit information, and text descriptions of the products.
Logged-in users also see product prices and can place orders from the online store.
Browsing products and adding them to the shopping cart
Product Selection
The product catalog view displays the product-specific sales units of our selection, for example, 6 x 500 g means that half-kilogram packages are sold in sales units of six pieces.
If you wish to order a quantity of products that deviates from the sales unit, please contact our customer service.
Bulk Bags and Contract Prices
For bulk bags over 500 kg, pricing is based on customer-specific contract prices, so their price is not displayed in the online store.
You can add a bulk bag of the product to your shopping cart, whereupon it will be transferred to our customer service for processing along with other products. We will contact you promptly to discuss volume and pricing.
Products are ordered in sales units
By clicking the sales unit information once, its color will change to green, and by clicking the “Add to Cart” text below, you can move one sales unit of that product variant to the shopping cart. *
If you wish to order multiple sales units of a product, you can click to open the product and select the desired number of sales units by clicking the + icon. Then click the “Add to Cart” button, and the selected quantity of the product will be moved to the shopping cart. You can order different package sizes of the same product within the same order.
Editing Product Quantities in the Shopping Cart
You can edit the quantities of products in your shopping cart when you open the shopping cart view. Changing product quantities and, if desired, completely removing them is easily done in the shopping cart view using the buttons.
In the Viljatuote Pro online store, you can place an order to be paid by invoice. Customer service will provide an estimate of shipping costs with the order confirmation.
Placing an Order and Processing Stages
Placing an Order
Products selected in the shopping cart are sent to Viljatuote’s customer service for processing by clicking the “Send Order” button. At this stage, the order does not yet include an estimate of delivery costs. The order is not paid at the online store’s checkout.
Order Confirmation, Shipping Cost Estimate
Our customer service selects the most appropriate delivery method for the order and adds a delivery cost estimate based on the current day’s price to the order confirmation. An order confirmation will be sent to the customer by email, which does not require separate approval. If you wish to make changes or cancel the order, please contact our customer service promptly.
You can also use your own contract partner for picking up and transporting your order – in this case, select the option for self-arranged transport at the online store’s checkout.
Order Picking and Packaging
Ordered products are picked and packed in our warehouse for dispatch. We aim to process and dispatch orders quickly, usually within 1 – 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when the order is ready for dispatch.
Invoice Delivered Electronically
We will send the invoice for the order when the ordered products are ready to be handed over to the transport company. The invoice will be delivered based on the information you provided, either as an e-invoice or by email.
Customer Account Update
Once the order has been dispatched and invoiced, the order-related information will be updated on your Viljatuote Pro online store customer account. This way, you can later view your order history.
